February 26

On the "off" days when I am not doing the C25K, I do some strength training on the Bowflex.  I also use these hand weights.  I gotta get my upper body (aka arms!!) in some kind of summer shape...lol

I am grateful to have these little babies.  And I am grateful that I even have the strength to lift them at all.  lol  Seriously, I am not taking my health for granted anymore.  Fit and Fifty is my theme this year!!  (Psst...I'm not 50 YET!!!  10 more months!  lol)
